children ages 4-12.
Kids will be rewarded with a

Join us for read aloud practice to HUSKER, a
beautiful trained
therapy dog. Husker likes to hear kids read all kinds of books to
him. Bring your favorite book to read or grab one from the library.
Register to read at the Youth ReferenceDesk. This program is

children ages 7 and up.

Celebrate the Poetry Month and the National
Library Week with
Monica Gunning, a renowned poet, Rudy Paolino, author of
whimsical verses , and Christina Daz, an accomplished children*s
author, illustrator and a storyteller. Enjoy fun poems and stories.
Bring your own original poem to read aloud and get a prize. This
program is for children ages 6 and up. Book signing will be
available.
